About The Chambers
Rufus Chambers III
Rufus Chambers, III, is a Project Management professional with more than 25 years of business experience in the technology, education, nonprofit, health, biotech, and construction sectors. He is an expert in all phases of the construction project life cycles from design development through construction execution. Mr. Chambers is a highly experienced business and leadership professional who can assist you or your organization with your next leap-of-faith project.
In addition to his work in commercial construction project management, Mr. Chambers has served in ministry over 20 years and is currently an Associate Pastor at a church in Southern California. He previously served as the Chief Officer of Ministry and Administration at a large in Northern California, where his duties included the executive management of ministry operations throughout the organization. In that role, Mr. Chambers developed effective teaching curriculums for ministry training and showed a tenacity for creating structures, processes, and procedures that bring visions to life.
Rufus is also the author of the books Does Your Vision Need an Engineer? and I Stand: The Road to Manhood.
Jamila Chambers

Jamila is a multifaceted business professional with over 30 years of industry experience who has worked in various market segments including higher education, retail grocery, hospitality, agricultural, non-profit, and sales. Her corporate tenure has been hallmarked by producing results and building field human resource departments for several Fortune 500 companies.
She has an expertise in Success Coaching, Motivational Speaking, Human Resources, and Training & Development has added value to countless businesses, organizations, and most recently Occidental College Students in her position as Executive Director of the Hameetman Career Center. Jamila's approach to providing service to Oxy Students and Alumni is from "orientation to offer letter" with a day-one emphasis on providing resources at the start of their academic career that will develop readiness in the workplace.
